Badges, conference bags and lunch tickets will be available for you on Monday morning. The information desk will be open every morning.

HANDOUTS

Handouts for your presentation can be printed out if needed. Please send the handout to ichols14@sciencesconf.org before the 21st of August. However we would prefer powerpoint presentations.

TECHNICAL MATERIAL

Each room will be equipped with a video projector and a laptop.
